Whereby, having recited: firstly and secondly, CCA/2/3/500/29,30; thirdly, that CCA/2/3/500/30's original was registered at the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 Jan 1903 and no petition in bankruptcy has been presented against or by Tom Aston; fourthly, that Thomas Mason Daffern (of Coventry, accountant) has contracted to sell Henry Welton (of Coventry, butcher) the property for £400; but fifthly, that Alfred Emmanuel [the correct English spelling is used the text, but the man signs with one "m"] Fridlander (of Coventry, watch-manufacturer] is still owed his £350 principal: therefore, in consideration of £350 and £50 paid respectively to Alfred Emmanuel Fridlander and Thomas Mason Daffern, they sell Henry Welton 132, Spon Street (successively occupied by Richard Yardley and T. Aston but now vacant); Thomas M. Daffern acknowledges H. Welton's right to have copies of CCA/2/3/500/30's original.
