By Maurice Petever (of Whitley, Coventry, yeoman) and his wife Alice to Richard Barker [I] (of Coventry, alderman) of two messuages and a croft outside New Gate, Coventry between a tenement occupied by Henry Heathe (of Coventry, capper) on the north, a pasture called Charterhouse Leys to the south and east and the highway to the west, being tenanted by the yeoman Thomas Whyte and labourer Peter Carter, both of Coventry; Thomas Tillesley, gentleman, is appointed attorney to deliver seisin.
