Whereby William Issard (of Coventry, silkman) and his wife Mary (niece of Alley the late wife of Samuel Crichlowe of Coventry, woollen draper, deceased and a devisee under CCA/2/3/472/3's original) covenant that, as of last Trinity or next Michaelmas term, they will levy a final concord with John Peter (of Coventry, stuffmerchant) for (a) a Greyfriars' Churchyard messuage which lies between Greyfriars' Lane and Warwick Lane, of which the cornerhouse fronts Warwick Lane and the other part Greyfriars' Lane, all occupied by Nathaniel Read, Samuel Grant and - Vinsome; (b) four messuages which adjoin (a) on the western side of Greyfriars' Lane, tenanted by Samuel Villers, Richard Ward, John Read, John Charley and - Lane, all devised under CCA/2/3/472/2's original; (c) a messuage (let to Robert Read and Richard Newman) outside Greyfriars' Gate on the western side of the road towards Warwick; and (d) the close (69 yards by the Warwick road, 75 yards by Pudding Croft, 44.5 yards in breadth), totalling 3r. (formerly occupied by the late William Skears of Coventry, mason) which on 30 Apr 1756 Samuel Crichlowe leased to William Skears for a term whose interest vests in Benjamin Rew (of Coventry, maltster) - (c),(d) were bequeathed to Mary Issard as Mary Bury under CCA/2/3/472/3: to be described as in CCA/2/3/472/5 and to enure as the Issards might appoint.
