Weare and Richard Newman Clarke CCA/2/3/157/38(b), now occupied by [the chemist and druggist] Thomas Baildon (adjoining on the back or west Seager's Cross Cheaping messuage, on the east Great Butcher Row, on the north a messuage belonging to the feoffees of Claybrook[e Magna and Parva, Leicestershire] Charity Estates and on the south Weare's messuage); covenant for further assurance within twelve years; Weare will contribute 16d. towards the property's present 4/- in £ Land Tax; Seager covenants to produce scheduled deeds.
