By Henry Baker of Coleshill and his wife Joan the daughter of the late John Wirley of Coventry to Agnes Bradmedowe, daughter of Thomas Bradmedowe and Alice who was his wife, of Rownhill field in Birmingham and Aston, Warwickshire, a croft in Birmingham called Wodegreve occupied by Thomas Boteler, and another Birmingham croft next to Duddeston Lane occupied by William Gate; if Agnes die without issue, the land will revert to Joan Baker and her heirs.
