Robert E Morgan (1901-1983). The Morgan family lived at 21 Woodside Ave, and although the home lost lots of glass, there was no great damage, although a parachute mine was left hanging in the Beech branches at the bottom of the road. Robert, aged 39 years at the time was married to Kitty, had a son, Ken, and daughters, Janet and Cynthia. The donor David Morgan, son of Robert, was born May 1941. Robert Morgan worked in a protected job in the GPO building, near Broadgate, in Central Coventry, dealing with telecommunications.
