Whereby, having recited: firstly, BA/D/D/29/1; secondly, that Richard Booth senior, John Hands, Richard Booth junior, Thomas Horsfall, Richard Holland Goode, William, Earl Craven, Chandos, Baron Leigh, Edward Humphrey Woodcock, Federick David Perkins, Henry Newsome, William Clark and Robert Seal have since died; thirdly, that Charles Newdigate Newdegate (now a Member of Parliament), Charles WIlliam Goode (lately of Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire; now of Pewsy, Wiltshire, esq.), Abijah Hill Pears (now of Allesley, Warwickshire, esq.), Richard Hands, Edward Cooper, William Franklin, Thomas Berry (now esq.), William Spencer (now of - [dead in 1865, ex. inf. B. Middleton]), John Wyley, Abraham Taylor, John Gulson and William Matthews (now gentleman), as surviving Bond's Hospital trustees, with the Charity Commissioners' 14 Mar 1871 consent, have agreed to sell Martha Adkins (described as in BA/D/D/29/2) messuages for £950; and fourthly, that Martha Adkins has paid £950 into the Coventry & Warwickshire Bank to the trustees' interest: therefore, for that sum, Charles Newdigate Newdegate et al sell her 27 & 28, Fleet Street = BA/D/D/29/1(c), lately occupied by William Chadwick and John Johnson, now by Henry Kemp and William Chadwick; covenant to produce scheduled deeds.
